Provided turn-key design-build services for these facilities. Project duration: 4 weeks for each facility, many in progress simultaneously. Facility consists of Kelly Klosure building, inspector’s booth, ventilation, radiant heat system, and electrical. The unique Kelly Klosure building allowed many of the facilities to be placed on existing asphalt paving without the need for extensive foundation systems.

Provide 5 two-story and 1 single-story building shells and 5 mezzanine structures to be installed and finished by Futron, Inc., a MAC contractor at Ft. Bragg. The order was received on February 10th, 2006, the last building and mezzanine shipped April 21st, 2006 a total of 10 weeks from receipt of order. The quick delivery schedule of the buildings and mezzanines and the speed of assembly of Kelly buildings and mezzanines allowed Futron to finish the project on time for the June 1st , 2006 deadline.

This 42’w x 42’l x 23’ eave building was designed to withstand up to 180 MPH wind load. Steel framework was hot dip galvanized to resist corrosion in the ocean air. The building was erected by a local Japanese contractor in five days.

Design, engineer and manufacture a reusable enclosure to cover the aircraft launch catapults on the carrier deck during repairs. These units need to be watertight when installed and need to store efficiently without disassembly when not in use. The 30’-0” long units are design to lap over each other to create a watertight enclosure when installed. They have casters to ease movement on the aircraft deck. When not in use, the individual sections are designed to stack on top of each other up to 6 high.

Facility consists of Kelly Klosure buildings on a concrete foundation, offices, bunk rooms, apparatus bay, restrooms/showers, equipment decontamination area, anti-terrorism windows & doors, HVAC, fire sprinkler & alarm systems, electrical. The building shell was erected in 10 working days. Because of the nature of the need, the building is designed to meet the Army’s requirements for a re-locatable facility. No more than 20% of the building cost can be left behind in relocation.
