Provided turn-key design-build services for this facility under Kelly Klosure’s GSA Schedule contract.  Facility was installed on a loading dock below a canopy sheeted with asbestos containing material.  Shop included a compressor room and was supplied with HVAC and electrical lighting and outlets for fabrication equipment.
