Kelly Klosure Fans,
At Kelly Klosure, we work hard every day to provide the world class customer service that our clients have come to expect from us. Talking with customers and learning about how we can help is one of the most important things we do here. In 2011, we will be spending a lot of time on the road doing just that, talking with customers at job sites and at trade shows around the country.
Tradeshows give us an invaluable opportunity to talk directly with a lot of customers and gain a better understanding of their needs and concerns. We feel privileged to talk with these folks on such a personal level. Our hope is that Kelly Klosure can come away from every trade show with a unique insight or a better approach to creating an effective solution for our customers.
Brian Wakeman, an employee at Virginia's Surry County Power Station, is one customer who found such a solution: "We were looking for a small, portable building we could place over equipment that needed repainting at one of our power stations. Several companies tried to meet our needs, but the building or the price weren't right. An engineer at another one of our stations had worked with Kelly Klosure and he recommended that we talk to them.
Kelly Klosure designed a building that met all of our needs at a price within our budget. We were a little apprehensive about assembling the building at our site, but Kelly provided help and assembly went smoothly. The station supervisor responsible for this project was 'thrilled to see something made in America that worked so well.'"
