Kelly Klosure’s DOD EMALL catalog is based upon a range of building sizes that are designed as basic kits. These Base Building Kits are a square building of a certain height that can be expanded in length with the available “Building Extension Kits.” For example, a 36’ Wide x 16’ High Eave x 36’ Long Base Building Kit (Emall P/N KK363616) can be expanded in length in 3’-0” increments using the 36’ Wide x 16’High x 3’ Long Building Length Extension Kit (Emall P/N KK363616E).

Each Base Building Kit includes everything needed to install a complete building with the following features:

• Building Code: Structurally Compliant to the IBC 2009
• Design Loads: 40 PSF Ground Snow Loading | 100 MPH (3-Sec Gust) Wind Loading, Exposure ‘C’ | Seismic Design Category ‘C’
• Painted Exterior in Choice of Manufacturer’s Standard Colors
• R-11 Factory Installed Wall Insulation with Interior Galvanized Steel Insulation Liner
• R-19 Factory Installed Roof Insulation
• (1) 3’ Wide x 7’High Personnel Door
• All Hardware, Concrete Anchor Bolts, Flashing & Trim, and Other Material for a Complete Building on a Customer Supplied Foundation

Buildings can be expanded in length as well as have additional doors and accessories added, such as personnel doors, equipment doors, windows, and ventilation.
